Tookeh is a search index. We read the public listing sites, merge duplicates, check whether places are still available, and measure the real walk to the nearest station. To contact a lister, you go to the original site.
Where the listings come from
Four sites, all read over plain HTTP the way a browser would, all with a way to tell whether a listing is still live. Every result links back to the page it came from.

Not included yet: DDproperty, Hipflat, FazWaz (their sites block automated reading), Facebook groups (no permitted way to read them — use Import a post instead).
How freshness works
Every listing carries the time we last saw it alive on its original site. The mark next to it tells you how much to trust that.
- Verified 3 h ago
- We re-opened the original listing and it was still up.
- Last verified 5 d ago
- An older check — probably still fine, but confirm before you travel.
- Probably gone
- Not seen on any source for 7+ days. Hidden from results unless you ask to include them.
- Marked rented
- The source itself says it’s taken. Kept for a while so price history still makes sense.
Re-checked every 6 hours; new listings picked up every hour.
How walking time is measured
Walking times follow real OpenStreetMap footpaths, routed with OSRM at 5 km/h from the building entrance to the station exit — the stairs from street level to the platform are not included. A time shown with “~” is a straight-line estimate, used when a source only gives us an approximate location.
What we don’t do
- We don’t store phone numbers or LINE IDs. To contact a lister, open the original listing.
- We keep one small photo per listing, never the full gallery.
- We don’t copy full descriptions from sites that don’t allow it — you get the facts and a short excerpt.
- No accounts, no tracking, no advertising profiles.
