If you run a listing site and saw this user agent in your logs, this page explains what it does, what it never does, and how to make it stop.

Rules we follow
- Honours robots.txt, including crawl-delay.
- At most one request per second per site, from a single IP, with normal browser-style caching.
- Never bypasses logins, Cloudflare challenges or rate limits. A block is treated as “not allowed”, not as a puzzle.
- Fetches one photo per listing at reduced size (at most 400 px), never the gallery.
- Always identifies itself with the user agent above and a link to this page.
